As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. The Project Coordinator position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and track project activities and deliverables. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication among stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex environments. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana is also required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and deliverables
  • Track project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines
  • Assist in planning meetings, taking notes, and managing follow-ups
  • Maintain and regularly update project plans, timelines, and task trackers
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
  • Monitor workstream progress and flag risks or potential delays
  • Help track contract compliance and maintain related documentation
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and technical leads

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex environments
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
