About The Role

The Photo Editor will design compelling visuals for digital and offline media, inspiring and captivating audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Retouch and edit photographs to achieve a consistent look and feel
  • Remove blemishes, imperfections, and distractions from images
  • Enhance colors, contrast, and brightness to improve image quality
  • Work with photographers and designers to ensure images meet project requirements
  • Use software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit and retouch images
  • Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Photo, Art, Design or an equivalent degree related to the job
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Photo Retouching in a Marketing environment
  • Required Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Photo Editing skills with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
    • Excellent knowledge of the Digital environment, including Files, Formats, Tools, Software, and Best Practices
    • Experience and knowledge of trends in the Beauty Industry
  • Desired Skills:
    • Experience with AI
  • Soft Skills:
    • Attention to detail
    • Communication skills
    • Teamwork skills
    • Organization skills: Ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis and multitask in a very fast-paced environment
    • Strong time management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
