Visual Creative Specialist Job

At a rapidly growing BPO, you will play a vital role in elevating businesses through our mission to revolutionize global talent expansion. As a Visual Creative Specialist, your primary responsibility will be creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate desired messages across digital platforms and traditional media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will interpret client briefs and develop original artwork that aligns with brand guidelines to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across social media, websites, email marketing, print, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and eCommerce promotions, ensuring creative assets consistently meet brand standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating work for eCommerce or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to create designs that convert in online retail environments with an understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques, including drawing, sketching, and digital painting, as well as strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals).
