As a Medical Records Data Encoder at Medisense Laboratory Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient records. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Checking the record to be inputted in the clinic's information system for accuracy and completeness.

* Navigating the clinic's information system based on the data to be encoded.

* Encoding information correctly and completely.

* Files the worksheets or records where encoded information has been derived for proper identification and traceability.

* Upholding 7s Standards in the department and addressing concern immediately.

* Following DOH and ISO standards/guidelines.

* Participating actively in Quality Improvement and related activities.

Key qualifications for this role include a graduate degree in any field, average to fast typing skills, good communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a pleasing personality.
