Job Title: Encoder with Financial Statement Expertise

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Encoder to accurately input, manage, and edit financial data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial statements and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information.

  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately input financial data into company databases and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Financial Statement Editing: Review and edit financial statements for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Data Verification: Cross-verify data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of financial transactions and related documents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to support data-related needs and ensure seamless information flow.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data entry, with a focus on financial data and statements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and familiarity with accounting software.
