Financial Operations Head

As a seasoned finance professional, you will lead all day-to-day accounting operations with functional responsibility for accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and grants administration. Key responsibilities include producing financial reports, maintaining accurate accounting records, processing financial transactions, and administering comprehensive controls and budgets to ensure the company's reported financial results comply with GAAP and generally accepted standards.

  • Collect and interpret financial statements and information;
  • Predict future financial trends;
  • Develop long-term business plans based on financial reports;
  • Provide advice on the impact of business decisions to management and stakeholders;
  • Implement operational best practices, review internal controls, and provide safeguards for weaknesses;
  • Monitor billings and collections of accounts receivable;
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with tax laws and regulations;
  • Maintain policies and procedures, and conduct reviews and revisions as necessary;
  • Manage and oversee accounting operations, including performance measurements and imposition of discipline;

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, preferably with certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA;
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, including finance, accounting, audit, and analysis;
  • Proficiency in applicable accounting software and excellent Excel skills;
  • Ability to work in Cainta Rizal.
