Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of vendor master data. This role requires leadership in driving compliance, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless vendor management and purchasing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, with expertise in data governance and process optimization methodologies. They will be able to drive initiatives to standardize and automate vendor master data processes, ensuring data accuracy across systems.

This role involves managing day-to-day operational purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the resolution of purchase order discrepancies, including goods receipt and invoice mismatches.

As a leader, they will mentor and develop a team of professionals responsible for vendor master data and operational purchasing functions. They will foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor master data management, operational purchasing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex procurement or vendor data processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms.
