Job Title: Psychological Wellbeing Consultant

The role of a Psychological Wellbeing Consultant is pivotal in maintaining a safe, supportive and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one sessions to provide timely support for urgent wellbeing needs and promote effective coping strategies.

  • Foster psychologically safe spaces through small-group sessions that promote healthy working relationships and social connections.

  • Deliver group training sessions on resilience-building programmes, well-being and distress management to enhance overall mental health.

  • Maintain employee engagement through regular floor walks to observe team interactions and identify signs of distress, providing discreet interventions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology or related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience post-bachelor's degree in mental health, preferably in areas such as trauma counselling, resilience-building programmes and general/clinical mental health support.

  • A valid and active license from the relevant regulatory body is mandatory.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
