We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Professional to manage our company's financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation and payment processing.
  • Manage accounts receivable functions by generating invoices and following up on payments.
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Provide regular financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable status and cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
