About This Role

We're building a technology platform that designs, deploys, and optimizes AI agents for businesses.

This position requires both strong hands-on technical expertise and the ability to provide technical leadership for a small but rapidly scaling engineering team.

  • Define and lead the technical architecture for our AI agent platform.

  • Mentor and guide a small team of engineers (initially 2–3, scaling up to 10+).

  • Collaborate with product, and engineering to align architecture with business goals.

You'll work across front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and deployment, driving architectural decisions, optimizing existing systems, and leading the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration, advanced experience with Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, Axios API, strong infrastructure background with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux-based development, and hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design.

Experience managing remote deployments and instances is also required, as well as extensive experience with Git versioning and modern project management practices.
