Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Content Strategist to create high-impact content that shapes how we communicate complex AI and customer experience concepts to diverse B2B audiences.

The mission is critical: We help organizations refine unstructured customer feedback data with AI, enabling better business decisions. Your content will empower companies to learn from customer needs, prioritize experiences that matter, and resolve issues in real-time.

This role requires creating strategic content (70%): thought leadership articles, guides, analyses, and customer stories showcasing business impact. You'll transform complex NLP and customer experience concepts into actionable content for executives, brand managers, product managers, and CX professionals.

You'll also evolve our content strategy by building content aligned with real intent, not just keywords. Establish logical connections between business concepts and target audiences, providing recommendations on adapting our approach.

Your work will involve developing relevant content using advanced AI tools while maintaining authentic voice and strategic positioning.

In addition, you'll edit freelance writers and occasional contributors to maintain quality standards. Repurpose long-form content across channels (social, newsletters, gated assets) adapting tone and depth for each audience.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to ensure content directly supports business goals and customer journeys.

Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience creating B2B SaaS content executives read and share.
  • Demonstrated ability to make technical topics accessible without dumbing them down.
  • Experience writing for multiple audiences within the same organization (C-suite, product teams, end users).
  • A track record of creating content competing for real business topics, not just page ranking and traffic.
