We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced help desk technician to join our team at Ascendion.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service or IT support is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or IT support roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
