We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist to join our team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract top talent, improve employee retention, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in full cycle recruiting, employer branding, and selection methods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
* Lead employer branding activities, encouraging employees to be brand ambassadors
* Plan and execute employee referral programs and other recruiting initiatives
* Source and find qualified candidates using various methods, including job posting optimization, digital marketing, and social media
* Analyze hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts
* Conduct interviews, administer psychological tests, and review employment applications and background check reports
* Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and develop procedures to improve the candidate experience
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a TA Manager or similar HR role
* In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
* Familiarity with various selection methods and innovation in sourcing platforms
* Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
* Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong leadership skills and ability to coach team members
