Talent Marketing and Employer Branding Lead

The Talent Marketing and Employer Branding Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract top talent, elevate the employer brand, and enhance recruitment efforts across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and job boards.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Co-manage the company's social media presence, focusing on recruitment, in collaboration with the Sourcing team.
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to promote job openings and highlight company culture.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruitment marketing strategies align with business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in employer branding, sourcing, marketing, or talent acquisition.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment campaigns.
Experience working with recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels for employer branding.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and paid media.
Strong understanding of the labor market and talent trends.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules.
Willingness to attend offsite events like job fairs, forums, and other recruitment-related activities.
Amenable to working on PH and US holidays.
