Bookkeeper Position

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced professional to join our Tax team as a Bookkeeper. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring efficiency in financial transactions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records and complete the posting process efficiently.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Audit Support: Assist with audits and ensure all financial data is accurate and readily available.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a related field.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including IFRS or U.S GAAP.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
