Compliance Leadership Opportunity

The Compliance Officer plays a pivotal role in championing a culture of regulatory adherence and risk awareness across global operations. Leveraging technology to scale compliance, this individual will continuously improve policies, training, and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • High-Risk Client Assessments: Review 100% of escalated cases within 2 hours, provide feedback, and present each case for final approval within 4 hours.
  • Screening Alerts: Ensure no outstanding alerts for more than 24 hours; resolve transaction monitoring alerts within 48 hours.
  • Quality Reviews & Reporting: Conduct quality reviews (20% of Low/Medium/High-Risk cases) and prepare quarterly findings reports with remediation suggestions.
  • Investigations & STR Filings: Complete/review at least 80% of investigations within 15 days; file STRs within 5 calendar days of closing the investigation.
  • Process Improvements: Identify and recommend improvements in client KYC, risk assessment, transaction monitoring, or screening processes.
