Key Responsibilities

As an Interior Design Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the interior design process for various projects. This involves coordinating with external interior design consultants, reviewing and monitoring their deliverables, and ensuring that all design requirements are met.

  1. Design Coordination: Facilitate meetings between external ID consultants, project development teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  2. Document Review: Conduct thorough reviews of documents submitted by external ID consultants, including inter-office memos, initial ID layouts, notice to proceed letters, and progress billings.
  3. Deliverable Review: Verify the accuracy and completeness of interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultants.
  4. Contract Management: Review accreditations, contracts, and billings of external ID consultants to ensure compliance with company standards.
  5. Timeliness Management: Manage the timeliness of ID consultant's design deliverables to meet project deadlines.
  6. Standardization Efforts: Participate in interior design standardization initiatives to improve consistency and quality across projects.
  7. Additional Duties: Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor as needed.
