Performance Media Campaign Specialist

We operate in a data-driven environment that combines creativity, technology, and meaningful impact.

This role falls within our Performance Business Unit, where we help brands establish a strong presence across various platforms. We develop campaigns that drive tangible results, including clicks, visibility, conversions, and real business growth on Meta and Google Ads.

You will work with 3 to 5 client accounts, depending on their size and complexity. You will receive comprehensive training in our proven campaign methods, and account assignments will be based on your experience and client needs.

As you progress in this role, you will have opportunities to contribute to broader campaign strategy and support client communication. Your responsibilities will include campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis, while collaborating closely with our Performance Director.
