Job Title: Training Specialist

The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employees' skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs, including new hire orientation, soft skills, leadership development, and job-specific training.
  • Develop engaging training materials such as presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
  • Conduct training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in training facilitation, training needs analysis, instructional design, or learning & development (preferably in a BPO setting).
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in training tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
