Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive experience in cloud architectures, particularly AWS; proficient in administering AWS services such as ECS, CloudFront, CloudFormation/Terraform, CloudWatch, IAM, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building CI/CD pipelines, expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container management tools, and strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, security, and compliance.

About the Role

  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain automated pipelines integrating tools to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Manage and support Docker and Kubernetes to enhance scalability and flexibility.
  • Implement Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions and use CloudWatch, CloudWatch Events/Alarms, syslogs, and other cloud analytics tools.
  • Automate tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform to streamline deployment of containers and EC2 instances.
  • Support developers with release issues, build automated release frameworks, and integrate test automation into CI/CD processes.
  • Apply AWS security best practices to protect infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot, server resource manage, and database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL); experience with Linux and Windows servers.
  • Scripting and automation using AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, and SNS for event-driven patterns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with observability tools and APM solutions.
  • Experience with IaC and automation tools.
  • IT operations skills including troubleshooting, server management, database management, and network troubleshooting.
  • System administration skills: Apache/Nginx configuration, OS updates, and patching.
  • Strong scripting skills.
  • Ability to write clear documentation.
