Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in HR data analysis or HR operations roles.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (specifically MS Excel).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
