We're currently seeking an Office Manager Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining confidentiality of records and information.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and addressing the operational needs of the Area Office, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities
  • Providing administrative support to the Area Head, including updates and reminders on appointments, meetings, and other bank functions
  • Maintaining a calendar of activities of the Area Head, coordinating schedules for both internal and external meetings and appointments
  • Ensuring confidentiality of records, reports, and information prepared, maintained, and handled
  • Attending to incoming calls and messages, screening calls courteously, and referring directly to concerned persons that can be readily acted upon
  • Consolidating and preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinating and arranging internal activities and events in the assigned area

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to handle huge amounts of information
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
  • Preferably with 2 years of secretarial experience
