Job Opportunity

The position of Senior Property Manager is available for a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of U.S. property management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers to ensure best practices are followed across the team.
  • Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in managing leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with the on-site team for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes professionally and efficiently.
  • Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and coordinate with the on-site property manager for larger renovation projects.
  • Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements to maximize financial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and colleagues.
  • Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management, with previous experience managing or leading a property management team.
  • Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software to streamline operations.
