Web Design Opportunity

Deliver exceptional web design solutions as a key contributor to our team.

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our dynamic and collaborative group. As a senior member, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client websites by combining strong graphic design expertise with technical WordPress skills.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance aesthetics with technical requirements to deliver polished and responsive websites on time. Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually engaging and user-friendly website layouts, graphics, and digital assets
  • Populate and manage websites using WordPress, including installing/configuring plugins, customizing themes, and maintaining site content
  • Implement and modify designs using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP/JavaScript when needed
  • Ensure websites are responsive, optimized, and aligned with branding and client requirements
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of client projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design or layout issues
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or WordPress Designer
  • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, color, and typography
  • Knowledge and experience in design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Figma, or similar)
  • Expert knowledge of WordPress, including plugins, themes, and site population
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and familiarity with PHP and JavaScript is a plus
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design and user experience principles
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, polished work
  • Strong communication and time management skills; able to work independently on multiple projects
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact is a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing or SEO basics is desirable
