This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients and leads, introducing company services, building initial rapport with prospects, recording call outcomes, and updating CRM/lead tracking systems accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential clients and generate leads.
  • Introduce company services and build rapport with prospects.
  • Record call outcomes and update CRM/lead tracking systems.
  • Adhere to scripts and guidelines while adapting conversations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to report progress.
