Financial Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented supervisor to oversee the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reports. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

  • Supervise and train accounts officers, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee daily operations, lead communication with residential and team managers.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and documentation of financial transactions.
  • Prepare and review financial reports including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets.
  • Conduct variance analysis and submit budget estimates according to group reporting guidelines.
  • Manage audit schedules, respond to auditor queries.
  • Ensure timely registration and settlement of invoices and intercompany obligations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Management Accounting.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing/reviewing audited financial statements under IFRS.
  • Experience in consolidated financial statements is beneficial.
  • At least 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
