Job Title: Spatial Design Specialist

This role involves creating detailed spatial designs, elevations, and layout plans using CAD software. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in design tools, keen understanding of space planning, and a solid grasp of building regulations.

About the Role:
  • Develop precise drawings, elevations, and layout plans that meet client specifications and building codes.
  • Interpret architectural sketches and design briefs to create full construction-ready plans.
  • Maximize space efficiency while adhering to regulatory standards.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to produce technically sound and visually clear plans that meet both aesthetic and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in architectural planning, CAD drafting, or design layout development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent drafting/design tools.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and zoning codes.
