Accounting and Financial Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to fill the role of Accounting Officer. As an Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in financial analysis by interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports to support decision-making.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing accurate and timely financial information.
  • Maintain and update books of accounts (Journal, Ledger) accurately.
  • Collect and manage employee timesheets, calculate work hours, and monitor performance.
  • Implement quality monitoring data management systems and track performance at the team and individual levels.
  • Enter new employee data into the company's database and collaborate with the HR Manager on performance management and improvement systems.
  • Participate in regulatory compliance and reporting, contribute to policy development and documentation, and facilitate employee communication and education programs.
  • Monitor formats and quality standards, respond to employee questions about compensation and benefits, and distribute payment statements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Management, Business Administration, Financial Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent course.
  • 6 months to 1 year of accounting-related experience, preferably as a Payroll Accountant.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, manual bookkeeping, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, creativity, writing proficiency, and ability to execute multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and adaptability to change and uncertainty.
