We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

As a Project Leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress, issues, and lessons learned
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Solid knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
