Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create visually appealing graphics and designs that effectively communicate our brand message.

About the Role
  • A talented individual with a strong portfolio demonstrating their range of design skills and creativity across different mediums is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients, as well as being able to give and receive constructive criticism.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design graphic elements such as logos, icons, and graphics for marketing materials, social media, and other company initiatives.
  • Create mock-ups for products, storyboards for sales pitches, and other visual aids as needed.
  • Manage website content, including maintenance and web updates/back ups.
  • Format newsletter using email marketing tools.
  • Create and schedule social media posts, monitor and respond to comments/messages, and forward action steps/quote requests to the team lead.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or other relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours within US operating hours.
  • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
