Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visual presentations that communicate big ideas for brand activations, events, pop-up builds and social media campaigns clearly and beautifully.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing visual concepts, working closely with clients to bring their visions to life. You will be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and have experience with 3D rendering software such as SketchUp or Blender.

As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will also be responsible for designing and laying out creative pitch decks and presentations, ensuring visual consistency and storytelling flow. You will work closely with the design team to develop 3D renders and spatial layouts, and assist in building mood boards, reference decks, and concept visuals that express tone, style, and experience.

Additionally, you will support graphic design tasks, including signage, branded touchpoints, and digital assets. You will be required to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
