Job Overview

This Sales Representative role is ideal for someone who is client-centric, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about educational success. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding families through the discovery process and converting qualified leads into successful service engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student–instructor matching from reviewing intake insights to coordinating assignments and tracking key service metrics.
  • Lead initial client engagement by responding to inquiries, conducting discovery calls, and guiding families toward educational services.
  • Execute follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage.
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene using CRM tools to track lead progress and intake milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client journey and share insights that support continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a background in education, communications, or sales is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with high-touch clientele.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools.
  • Experience in education, edtech, or private consulting services is a plus.
