The role of Senior FP&A Analyst is crucial in providing strategic financial guidance to the organization. By consolidating historical and forward-looking information, this position enables informed decision-making at the highest level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of weekly trading profit and trend reports for senior leadership and the board
  • Monthly Group Management Accounts with insightful analysis on group performance
  • Collecting forecast inputs and BU / Function specific information to develop and maintain financial models
  • Interrogating and producing reports from the Hubble finance system, as well as post journals in JDE
  • Collaboration with divisional finance teams to understand performance and variances
  • Driving improvements and recommendations to processes and analysis
  • Ensuring timely interpretation and implementation of required changes
  • Supporting internal and external audit activities through provision of documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate of Accountancy or accounting-related course with 5+ years' experience working in accounting, finance, audit, or financial analysis. Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting is essential. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights are also required.
