Automation Testing Strategist

This role oversees the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of web and software products.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Define testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
- Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing.
- Oversee design, development, and maintenance of scalable automated test scripts simulating end-to-end user interactions.
- Monitor automation test coverage and results ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles efficient.
- Review test results and quality metrics preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements.
- Maintain and enhance automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations supporting continuous testing.
- Mentor QA engineers fostering a culture of accountability technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams integrating QA processes into development lifecycle and release workflows.
This position requires strong leadership skills commitment to continuous improvement and excellent collaboration communication skills. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years experience in manual and automation testing and 1 year experience leading a team.
