We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the resolution and documentation of issues, bugs, and SEVs across all projects.
Main Responsibilities- Standardizing performance management, onboarding, and supporting team managers.
- Managing internal and external knowledge bases (FAQs, operations manuals).
- Tracking bugs, SEVs, and issues across projects within Asana.
- Monitoring overall task management for best practices.
- Assisting in developing and implementing operational processes.
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with solid attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
This role requires strong operational management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of operational processes. You will be responsible for various general operations tasks while ensuring smooth project execution in Asana.
