Job Title

Are you a seasoned project management professional with expertise in coordinating complex low-voltage systems projects? Do you have a strong background in construction and technical knowledge of security systems, surveillance cameras, access control, and network infrastructure? We are seeking an experienced Remote Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects involving access control, cameras, burglar alarm systems, and network installations from start to finish.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and timelines. Prepare detailed proposals and estimates for current and upcoming projects.

  • Collaborate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and projects are progressing as planned.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Construction Background: A solid understanding of construction workflows, building infrastructure, and the integration of low-voltage systems into construction projects is essential.

  • Proven experience managing complex low-voltage systems projects, including security systems, surveillance cameras, access control, and network infrastructure.

  • Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems (e.g., Ubiquiti, Verkada, AXIS, ADC, Spot AI) and networking equipment.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Zoho Desk/Projects, Bluebeam, System Surveyor).

  • Experience working with subcontractors and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Ability to coordinate and manage various project phases, including design, installation, testing, and project handover.

  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integration and installation.
