Job Opportunity:

We are currently seeking detail-oriented Theft Investigators to analyze video footage from self-service stores and identify potential theft incidents.

This role combines analytical skills with attention to detail to support our mission of reducing retail losses through effective incident analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents, providing accurate documentation for future reference.
  • Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting.
  • Process theft reports, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring timely communication with relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Update and maintain theft tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
