We are looking for a highly skilled Cash Management Coordinator to join our team at Stradcom Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate revenue records, preparing daily and periodical collection reports, and ensuring timely transmittal of statement of accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Record Maintenance: Accurately maintains revenue records for monitoring and operational use.
  • Collection Reporting: Prepares and submits daily and periodical revenue collection reports for Auxiliary projects.
  • Client Deposit Processing: Acknowledges client deposits, conducts necessary due diligence, and processes deposits for effecting in clients' respective accounts.
  • Client Communication: Communicates account balances to clients and escalates any collection issues to the supervisor.
  • Relationship Building: Establishes good working relationships with clients and responds to inquiries related to their accounts.
  • Reporting: Ensures timely transmittal of statement of accounts, transaction summary reports, and corresponding official receipts for clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business Administration-related course.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks and office management.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with other departments.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze situations efficiently.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and precision in handling documents and data.
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and has a proactive attitude to assist others.
