Growth Marketing Role Overview

This is a senior-level, full-time position focused on increasing tenant demand and reducing vacancy in a premium residential portfolio.

About the Position
  • We are seeking a marketer to design and run efficient campaigns that drive qualified viewing bookings from target segments.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a growth plan covering paid social, search, and organic channels, focusing on Instagram and Meta.
  2. Create compelling content and copy for audiences and geo targets, conduct A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion.
  3. Set up landing pages or optimized listings with clear CTAs to book viewings, tracking end-to-end with UTM parameters and Google Analytics 4.
  4. Implement retargeting and nurture sequences for website visitors and portal engagers to increase bookings.
  5. Integrate campaign flows with viewing software and CRM to ensure leads are routed and tracked.
  6. Report weekly on cost per qualified viewing, applications, conversion rates, and vacancy days, with recommendations for next steps.
  7. Manage budgets to ROI, scaling successful campaigns and pausing underperformers.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in growth or performance marketing for B2C, with proven results in ANZ markets.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and UTM discipline to measure the full funnel.
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills for social and landing pages, with practical A/B testing experience.
  • Experience in property, residential leasing, marketplaces, or similar demand funnels is highly valued.
  • Excellent English communication skills for briefs, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
  • Reliable internet, suitable hardware, quiet environment, and quality microphone/headset.
Tools and Systems:
  • Meta Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
  • Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
  • Landing page builders such as Webflow or Unbounce.
  • Experience with viewing and booking platforms is a plus.
Success Metrics (KPIs):
  • Cost per qualified viewing and application within targets.
  • Monthly increase in bookings and applications.
  • Improved conversion rates and reduced vacancy days.
  • Weekly reports and actionable test plans.
