Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience evaluating and analyzing financial performance and business operations.

This role is critical in driving financial insights while identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across our business and operational processes.

The Financial Business Analyst will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial analysis, develop strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions supporting operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement process improvements driving financial and operational scalability.
  • Support strategic decision-making by assessing financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.
  • Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial and business recommendations.
  • Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations communicating actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with financial standards, policies, and internal controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes with strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
  • Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in accounting/finance platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SQL-based analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver thriving in fast-paced, evolving environment.
