Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong backend focus, solid command of Python, API design, and backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of scalable and intelligent backend systems while collaborating across the stack to shape the product.
  • Design and implement high-performance APIs and data pipelines, and own complex insurance data workflows, integrations, and claims processing logic.
  • Integrate with external APIs such as insurance providers and practice management systems, collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end features, mentor engineers and influence engineering best practices, and take full ownership of feature development from planning through to deployment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong backend focus, solid command of Python, API design, and backend architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead and deliver end-to-end projects, comfort in a fast-paced startup environment, and availability for daily standups at 11 PM – 12 AM your local time.
  • Experience with FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworks, familiarity with healthcare or insurance data workflows, experience with job queues, task processing, or background workers, and knowledge of Docker and cloud-native deployment workflows.
