Tax Leadership Role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and review of tax returns for federal and state entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws.
  • Oversee the timely filing of tax extensions and related supporting schedules.
  • Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing clear communication and status updates.
  • Mentor and support junior staff and associates in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and manage workload distribution.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in business entity tax preparation and review.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in CCH Axcess strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage clients, coordinate across teams, and maintain a professional attitude in a client-facing environment.
