Technical Drafter/BIM Modeler Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Drafter/BIM Modeler to join our team and contribute to the success of our architectural and engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, layout plans, and BIM models using industry-standard software. This role requires strong collaboration with design teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure precise documentation and model coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Maintain up-to-date drawing sets and BIM files throughout project lifecycle
  • Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks
  • Elevate company drafting standards and BIM protocols through adherence and contributions
Requirements:

A bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field is required. A minimum of two years of experience in drafting or BIM modeling in a professional setting is also essential.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, SketchUp, ArchiCAD) is mandatory. Familiarity with construction documentation, layout planning, and elevation detailing is also necessary.

Bonus skills include knowledge of rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape), familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana), and exposure to workplace safety and operational compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in remote drafting or international projects
