A highly sought-after digital content creator is needed to excel in the field of direct response video editing. This role involves producing high-quality, engaging videos that drive conversions and maximize reach.

• Content Production: Create a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day, following established scripts and styles.
• Performance Enhancement: Analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions, thereby enhancing your performance bonus.
• Copywriting: Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts and ensure they meet the desired standards.
• Autonomy: Operate with a high degree of autonomy, efficiently managing your daily workload to meet deadlines without requiring frequent check-ins.
• Tech Mastery: Quickly learn and master new AI tools, software, and editing techniques as social media trends evolve, often with less than a day's notice.
• Quality Control: Ensure every video meets exacting quality standards and perfectly matches provided instructions, minimizing revisions.
• Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication with the founders and executive team, providing updates when necessary.
• Training: As a foundational member of the team, help train and onboard future AI video editors to our standards.

• Direct-Response Copywriting Experience: Proven experience with direct-response copywriting, ideally for short-form videos.
• Video Editing Expertise: Proven experience with professional video-editing software required; CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency preferred.
• AI Video Tool Familiarity: Experience with other AI video tools (HeyGen, Captions AI, etc.) is a major plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
