Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Creator - Ad Campaigns Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging ad content that drives conversions and scales campaigns across various platforms.

About the Role
  • You will partner with internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to deliver high-performing creatives that win clicks and drive conversions.
  • You will source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content.
  • You will translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • You will build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
  • You will work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly.
Requirements
  • You should have 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • You should have proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • You should have a strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
  • You should have strong project management skills and be comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once.
  • You should be data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
  • You should be a team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
