Job Title: Senior Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our global team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting features across the stack, contribute to major architectural decisions, and collaborate with talented individuals in a dynamic, fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and launching complex features that directly support business objectives. They will also lead or contribute to architectural improvements for performance and developer efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and launch complex features that directly support business objectives.
  • Lead or contribute to architectural improvements for performance and developer efficiency.
  • Build scalable web applications and backend services.
  • Develop frontend interfaces with React, Vite, or Next.js.
  • Maintain and optimize backend systems using Node.js (Express or NestJS).
  • Design and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Manage databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
  • Ensure responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Write and maintain tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
  • Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and team standups.
  • Debug, monitor, and resolve production issues efficiently.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks: React, Vite, or Next.js.
  • Proficiency in backend development using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiar with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Confident using version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment on platforms like AWS.
  • Understanding of secure coding and performance optimization.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
