Full Stack Software Engineer

">Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute to our engineering team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the software behind our platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications by collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders
  • Design, develop, and implement new features/software products while enhancing/maintaining existing ones
  • Perform quality assurance testing on your work and that of others to ensure reliability of our products
  • Review code submissions, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a healthy codebase
  • Ensure timely delivery of software projects while upholding established quality standards
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge and share insights with the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, encompassing frontend, backend, and DevOps
  • Proficiency in Java frameworks, especially Spring and Spring Boot
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures and deployment tools
  • Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems
