Drive Online Growth

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive online growth through various channels.

This is a hands-on role where you will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns to expand our reach into untapped markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Launching and managing lead generation campaigns across TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously testing new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies.
  • Developing and executing innovative growth-focused marketing plans.
  • Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
