As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering timely and professional support to our clients' customers across various communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide assistance and resolution for common issues, including booking modifications and general service questions.
- Review and process applications, ensuring all profile details and verification requirements are complete.
- Escalate high-priority or sensitive issues when necessary.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role handling phone, email and chat
- Ideally, you have worked in a similar industry before and understand the local market
- Experience in a startup company is a plus
- You have a love for pets: this will help you understand and communicate with our users who absolutely love pets
- Able to work from home permanently
