Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Preparer to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate preparation and filing of tax returns for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax preparation and be knowledgeable about relevant tax laws and regulations. You will be responsible for reviewing and preparing tax returns, conducting research on tax-related matters, and communicating with clients to resolve any issues or concerns.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About This Role
  • You will be working closely with our CPA team to prepare and file tax returns for our clients.
  • You will conduct research on tax-related matters and provide expert guidance to our clients.
  • You will communicate effectively with clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • You will assist in managing client inquiries throughout the year.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in tax preparation.
  • Active PTIN required or ability to obtain prior to tax season.
  • Experience working with federal and state tax returns.
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
